DPDP Core keeps the learning free and charges once for the paid tools. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
These run in your browser and cost nothing.
Rs 1,000, one time. A single payment, not a subscription.
What is included:
Each pack is generated from the answers you submit and stays fixed to those answers, so the documents you download always match the assessment you paid for. You can return at any time to open, complete and download any pack you have bought. If you need a pack for a different organisation, answer the assessment again for that organisation and buy another pack from the same account. Advisers, lawyers and accountants use it this way, one pack per client organisation, at Rs 1,000 each.
Each purchase gives you access to download and use the generated document templates for the single organisation identified in those documents. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property, and it does not permit use for any other organisation, whether by editing the organisation details or otherwise. A pack for another organisation requires a separate purchase, which you can make from the same account.
DPDP Core is not registered for GST and does not charge GST. The price shown, Rs 1,000, is the total amount payable. There are no additional charges at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. After successful payment verification, your purchased document templates are made available for immediate digital download. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
The readiness assessment and the document pack are available now on the Template Builder page. Create an account to begin.
Rs 1,000 as a one time purchase, not a subscription. There is no GST on top, so Rs 1,000 is the total payable. The explainer, the Find My Role questionnaire and the whole blog stay free.
A guided DPDP readiness assessment, a readiness report showing where your organisation stands, and a set of ready to use DPDP compliance documents generated from your answers. The documents download as separate editable files, one per policy.
Which ones you get depends on your answers, because you are only given the documents that actually apply to you. The full set covers the Privacy Notice, Consent Notice, Grievance Redressal Policy, Data Retention and Erasure Policy, Reasonable Security Safeguards Policy, Personal Data Breach Response Procedure, Data Protection Policy, Data Principal Rights and Nomination Procedure, DPDP Data Processing Clauses, Children's Data Protection Policy, Cross Border Data Transfer Policy, Significant Data Fiduciary Obligations, Consent Manager Obligations, Second Schedule Standards for the State, Employee Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, Retrospective Notice and Consent Records Register.
They are written for the DPDP Act 2023 and the DPDP Rules 2025 and cite them directly. They follow the Indian position rather than the European one, which differs in ways that matter: consent must be specific and unbundled, a child is anyone under eighteen and needs verifiable parental consent, the Act adds a right to nominate someone to act for you, and breach intimation follows Rule 7 rather than a European timetable.
No. They are templates generated from the answers you provide, and they are only as accurate as those answers. Have your own legal team review each document and adapt it to your organisation before you rely on it.
No. One purchase covers one organisation, named in the documents. You can buy a pack for another organisation from the same account at Rs 1,000 each, which is how advisers and firms use it for more than one client.
The simulations are free, and they stay free. If you want one built around your own policies, your sector and your systems, so your team works through the decisions they will actually face rather than a generic example, write to contact@dpdpcore.in. Scope and price depend on how much of it is built from your own documents.
