Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid purchases on dpdpcore.in (the “Website”), operated by DPDP Core. It applies to our digital products, currently the DPDP readiness assessment and the downloadable document templates.

1. What You Are Buying

Our paid products are digital. When you complete a purchase, you receive a readiness report and, where applicable, downloadable document templates that are generated from the answers you provide. Access to the report and the ability to download the documents are made available to you immediately after your payment is successfully verified.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately on successful payment, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled once the report or the documents have been generated or made available for download. We do not offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind, non-use of the product, or dissatisfaction with the general information and templates provided.

3. Try the Free Content First

The explainer, the role finder and the blog on this Website are free. Please review them before you buy so you know what to expect from the paid assessment and templates. Since delivery is instant, we are not able to reverse a purchase after the product has been delivered.

4. Narrow Exceptions: Payment Corrections

The only situations in which we return money are payment errors, not product refunds. These are:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (a duplicate or accidental double charge). We return the extra amount.
• Your payment was deducted but, due to a technical error on our side, no product was delivered and we are unable to deliver it to you. We return that payment.

5. How to Raise a Payment Issue

Email us at contact@dpdpcore.in from the email address used for the purchase, within 7 days of the transaction, with your Razorpay payment or order ID and a short description. We will acknowledge and respond within 5 business days.

6. How Approved Returns Are Processed

Where a payment correction under Section 4 is approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay, typically within 5 to 7 business days of approval. The time for it to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at contact@dpdpcore.in so we can resolve it quickly and directly.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law. This policy sets out how we handle cancellations and refunds for our digital products in the ordinary course.
